Hey I'm Tasha, I am the chef and owner of Patisseries by Peach.  Patisseries, what I call it for short, is my little bundle of joy.  We were going to be Peachie's, we were going to be the best dive spot ever created!  Me and my co-creator, my brother, were so excited to bring our takes on everything we love wings, burgers, fries, sweets, you name it we eat it, and it was going to be the best spot since Triple D was created, yes we were going to be Triple D worthy! Somewhere in between making memories and reaching goals my brother passed away and left me to figure this thing out by myself.  It's funny how things happen, because this process has been challenging.  For a long time I wanted to give up on this but we had dreams to live our dreams and I can't stop because he wouldn't want me to.  I couldn't bring to you our vision because I couldn't continue it, it just felt unfair,  but I could take the time and revision it to make it all my own and he would be there with me as my silent support.  Patisseries is my baby, quality home made goodness,  fresh baked pastries and elevated yums, that's my thing.
