I love food.  I love how spices add personality to a dish. I love how a slice of pie can be a slice of heaven and chocolate cake is "to die for".  Mostly I enjoy seeing the faces of others enjoying food.  Food should be enjoyed! It should cause spreading smiles, deep sighs, and rolling eyes.  I love people enjoying food.  Cooking brings me an unexplained happiness and calm.  Cooking just makes sense.  I make foods you want to eat, I want to eat, I DO EAT!  I want to introduce you to Patisseries by Peach, where we offer homemade baked goods and drool worthy yummies!
